
代盼,女,博士,陕西西安人,讲师,硕士生导师。中国机械学会失效分析分会失效分析专家。2022年入选陕西省科技厅秦创原引用高层次创新创业人才项目。2021年毕业于西北工业大学材料学专业,获工学博士学位。
研究方向:金属材料微观组织表征及强韧化机理、金属基材料大塑性变形机制、透射电子显微学、金属腐蚀与防护等。
教学情况:主讲《材料科学基础》、《材料力学性能》、《材料加工冶金传输原理》、《工程经济学与项目管理》等4门本科生课程。指导硕士研究生5人,其中1人获2024年度研究生国家奖学金。获校级教学比赛一等奖2项。指导学生参加大创及研究生创新与实践项目4项并获得全国失效分析大赛一等奖1项、二等奖2项。
科研情况:主持省部级等纵向科研项目6项,企业合作科研项目1项。先后以第一作者/通讯作者在《Materials Science and Engineering: A》、《Materials Characterization》、《Journal of Materials Research and Technology》等国内外期刊发表学术论文20余篇,SCI他引超过100次。出版学术专著1部,授权国家专利6项。
